Our Management has over several years, built a strong infrastructure and effectively streamlined the organization. With the adept backing of four in-house factories, our design team brings to life their ideas. Four factories with a capacity of two hundred craftsmen each are the pillars of our hand embroidery operations.

In addition, twenty captive job processing units with a capacity of around fifty to seventy people per unit make for seamless production. A separate unit is dedicated entirely to the production of finished garments. With a capacity of ten thousand pieces a month, the factory produces the finest quality knits and wovens. The driving force behind production at Chanakya is our highly skilled craftsmen. They come from families who have passed down their unique talents and techniques through several generations. Not only are they skilled in traditional craft but have also been quick to grasp new methods. Always willing to learn and grow, our craftsmen have also received intensive training from experienced Italian technicians.

Along with an innate flair for their craft, our teams are well versed with technicalities and have a sound understanding of meeting timelines, delivery, and international quality benchmarks.
